Progress of Shipping to Delivery is detailed and I got my package very well!kudos!

The shoes are awesome and authentic! Own a lot of pairs of Nike dunks so can say this with confidence. Also shipping time was awesome, came in 12 days, that’s excellent with all this Covid stuff going on. Will definitely be buying from novelship again

I’ve been using Novelship for almost a year now and i like that they’re located locally (Singapore) as delivery is really fast be it sending or receiving - something that i won’t experience with other sneakers marketplace based in USA. I’ve never had any problems receiving my payouts from sales of sneakers, clothings and collectibles on time, sometimes even before they send me to inform that “it’s payday”.
However, I have yet to receive my latest payout request. They insisted that the payout transfer has been done and asked me to wait patiently which I did but I did not receive anything from Novelship as of today. I am sure my account number was entered correctly since I’ve received my previous payouts successfully. I contacted Novelship and they said they would check with the finance team but have yet to get back.
Per their website, it says the following:
“If you are the payout beneficiary, please:
Contact the bank and find out if the money can still be delivered, or
Whether the bank will send it back to Novelship”
I went ahead and contact my bank and they said Novelship should be the one contacting the bank as they are the sender. As the intended beneficiary, I’m not able to do anything as I’m not involved in this “transaction between Novelship and wrong beneficiary”.
It is very frustrating that the only way you can contact them is via email and maybe Facebook messenger and you do not get replies instantly. I mean you do get a fast reply but only with an automated reply and said they’ll check and get back soon.
Being able to call them would be a better option for such urgent request where funds transferred wrongly by Novelship due to Novelship’s negligence can be mitigated immediately. Funds can be “stolen” by the wrong beneficiary as the matter drag longer.
Please look into this.
I also feel that maybe Novelship should look into letting customers use sales payouts / funds in the account to purchase within the website itself so we don’t have to keep withdrawing the funds to use them for future purchases, if any.
I’ve decided to write a review as customer service should really be improved in Novelship. From what I know / experience, it appears that customer service is run by 1 main person. I appreciate that Novelship has a wide range of products and is slowly gaining popularity amongst sneakers enthusiasts. However, there are some things that need to be improved to match up / be even better than other marketplaces. Having an app would allow customers have ease of use as well - sometimes we get logged out and we have to log in again on the website.

Great product, awesome service and fast delivery 10/10

Legit shoe, but horrible sneaker/box quality control.
Feedback to customer support, and was shown the "acceptable shoebox condition". What is acceptable to Novelship is clearly not for the same for a collector, outrightly mishandled the sneaker/box or accepted inferior standards from the seller to make profit. Other sneakers webpage clearly uphold a higher integrity than Novelship, and I am not short of options.
